RECIPE OF THE DAY: Yummy Rainbow Salad

Today, sharing yummy Rainbow Salad!

It is a perfect way to get more veggies into your diet! Loaded with 
lots of nutrients and good flavor. 
Try this recipe and share your feedback.
















Ingredients:
Mixed Vegetables:
(Shredded green Cabbage,shredded purple capsicums,
3 colored capsicums, grated carrots, sliced onions,
chopped tomato)-1 cup
Lemon Juice- 2 tsp
Apple Cidar Vinegar- 2 tsp
Minced Garlic- 1/4 tsp
Mustard Powder- 1/4 tsp
Stevia Leaves Powder- 1/4 tsp or Khajoor Paste- 2 tsp
Salt
Black Pepper Powder


Method:
In a bowl, add the mixed vegetables. In a small bowl,
add all other ingredients and whisk them together. Pour this
 dressing over the salad in the bowl. Mix just before serving.
Add 2 tsp of magaj on top.

दुसऱ्या बाऊल मध्ये बाकीचे सर्व साहित्य एकत्र करून फेटून घ्या आणि हे सर्व मिश्रण त्या भाज्यांवर ओता 
सर्व्ह करण्यापूर्वी ते एकत्र करून घ्या आणि वरून २ टीस्पून  मगज बिया टाकून सजवा .

FRIDAY FITNESS SESSION

STAMINA BUILDING or CARDIOVASCULAR 
EXERCISE in Diabetics










Goal: Achieving and maintaining a higher-than-normal heart rate 
is the basic goal of a cardiovascular workout.
How often: Aim for a cumulative of 150 minutes a week. 
You can either do 20 minutes a day 7 days a week or 3 sessions 
of 40-50 minutes three times a week.
How: Cardio work gets the heart beating faster, is rhythmic, and involves the large muscle groups, such as those in the legs.
Types of cardio workouts: Walking, Swimming, cycling, running, playing a sport like badminton, tennis etc.
A good cardio exercise routine has many positive health effects, such as:
  • Improving muscle strength
  • Reducing body fat
  • Increasing energy levels
  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Increasing the level of good cholesterol
  • Decreasing the risk of coronary artery disease
  • Strengthening the heart
  • Improving control of blood sugar levels
  • Improving circulation
Elements of a Cardio Workout
There are four phases of an aerobic workout:
Phase 1: Warm-up (5-10 minutes): The goal is to get the heart 
rate up to about 50 to 60% of the target rate.
Phase 2: Stretching (5-10 minutes): Stretching the muscles helps 
avoid injury and prepares them for more rigorous activity.
Phase 3: Activity (30-40 minutes): This is the main exercise. 
Times will vary depending on fitness level.
Phase 4: Cooldown (5-10 minutes): The period during
which the heart rate gradually resumes its normal level.

OUR ENERGY LEVELS

KEEP FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS

A lot of us feel that because we have developed a 
new routine specially in diet and exercise we can  
feel energetic and positive permanently.














Yet some days we feel highly negative and low. Even diet 
and exercise don't seem to help. 

Buddhist philosophy provides us with insight into how to deal 
with lows. A simple mental narration of "THIS TOO SHALL 
PASS" is often all the belief we need to get through.

Research  relating to Motivational behaviour  in humans 
has shown that HAVING A LONG TERM GOAL (no matter how 
small it may appear) IS MOST IMPORTANT AT SUCH TIMES.

The simple act of staying committed to getting up  and following 
the routine which we have set up keeps us busy and motivated.

Keep your focus on the goals and believe you 
have taken a step closer!!!.

FREEDOM STORY OF THE DAY


FREEDOM FROM DIABETES AND 
CHOLESTEROL MEDICINES:















My Name is Rasesh Desai from Mumbai, age is 49 years 
and diabetic since 2008 .I joined intensive Batch 39 on 
24nd February, and 3rd March onwards I started 
following diet and exercise with special guidance of 
assigned doctor and Mentor.

I was really tired of having regular medicines and most of 
the time was feeling tired and fatigue.

Since, 14th March I completely stopped all diabetes and 
cholesterol Medicines and today I have been declared free 
of medicines , I am excited to share this feeling and can’t 
imagine this has happened.

I have  heard that diabetes can be reversed but path was never 
clear, it is something amazing feeling for me. Now, my energy level, 
confidence level is very high .

I sincerely wanted to Thank Dr Pramod Tripathi , 
Dr Manisha Dawalbhakt and Mentor Satish . And those indirectly 
involved in my Diabetes reversal. 

You guys are really really doing great job to help people 
and making life Healthy and Happy again !!


Lastly I would like to say my thanks to wife (Sonal) who dedicatedly 
spent time for me to prepare regularly  all the food/diet which requires 
to reverse my Diabetes.

RECIPE OF THE DAY

TODAY’S RECIPE

Delicious chowli sprouts with peanut almond dressing. 
Try this recipe and share your feedback with us!















Chowli sprouts:


Ingredients:

Red Chowli sprouts – ¾ measuring cup or 100 gm
Chopped onion – 1/8 cup
Chopped red capsicum – 1/8 cup
Chopped tomato – ¼ cup
Salt to sprinkle
Peanut almond dressing – 3 tbsp

Method:
Mix everything together.

Peanut Almond dressing

Ingredients:

Roasted peanuts – ½ cup
Soaked and peeled almonds – ¼ cup
Garlic cloves – 2-3
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp
Soaked red chillies – 6
Salt

Method:


Grind everything together. Add water to adjust the consistency. 
Add 2 tsp lightly toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.

चवळी स्प्राउट्स सॅलड: 
साहित्य:
मोड आलेली चवळी - ३/४ कप किंवा १०० ग्रॅम्स
बारीक चिरलेला कांदा - १/८ कप
लाल भोपळी मिरची - १/८ कप
बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो - १/४ कप
मीठ चवीनुसार
पीनट आलमंड ड्रेसिंग - ३ टेबल स्पून

कृती:
सर्व साहित्य एकत्र करून एकजीव करावे.


पीनट आलमंड ड्रेसिंग:

साहित्य:
भाजलेले शेंगदाणे - १/२ कप
भिजवून सोललेले बदाम - १/४ कप
लसूण पाकळ्या - २-३ पाकळ्या
लिंबाचा रस - १ टेबल स्पून
अॅपल सायडर व्हिनेगर - २ टेबल स्पून
सुक्या लाल मिरच्या -  ६ (भिजवून)

कृती:

सर्व साहित्य एकत्र करून मिक्सरमधून बारीक वाटून घ्यावे... 
गरजेनुसार पाणी घालावे... २ चमचे तीळ थोडेसे परतून त्या सॅलड वर टाकावे...

To get a flat stomach, CRUNCHES are the best exercise to do.











Here, are the Steps for getting a flat stomach!
  • Lie on the floor on a soft mat.
  • Lift head slowly and keep neck supported by your arms.
  • Come up to be able to see you knees and lower yourself slowly back to ground.
  • Try and reach a count of 20-25 in a set and a total of 4 sets in a session.

Relax by doing the bridge.
