FRIDAY FITNESS SESSION! 
To get a flat stomach, CRUNCHES are the best exercise to do.











Here, are the Steps for getting a flat stomach!
  • Lie on the floor on a soft mat.
  • Lift head slowly and keep neck supported by your arms.
  • Come up to be able to see you knees and lower yourself slowly back to ground.
  • Try and reach a count of 20-25 in a set and a total of 4 sets in a session.

NOTE:
Relax by doing the bridge.
