OUR ENERGY LEVELS

KEEP FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS 
& YOU WILL BE THERE!

A lot of us feel that because we have developed a 
new routine specially in diet and exercise we can  
feel energetic and positive permanently.














Yet some days we feel highly negative and low. Even diet 
and exercise don't seem to help. 

Buddhist philosophy provides us with insight into how to deal 
with lows. A simple mental narration of "THIS TOO SHALL 
PASS" is often all the belief we need to get through.

Research  relating to Motivational behaviour  in humans 
has shown that HAVING A LONG TERM GOAL (no matter how 
small it may appear) IS MOST IMPORTANT AT SUCH TIMES.

The simple act of staying committed to getting up  and following 
the routine which we have set up keeps us busy and motivated.

Keep your focus on the goals and believe you 
have taken a step closer!!!.
