What is Frozen Shoulder?

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint.














Stages that occur in Frozen Shoulder:

1. Freezing stage - Any movement of your shoulder 
causes pain, and your shoulder range   of motion starts to become limited.

2. Frozen stage -Pain may begin to diminish during this stage. 
However, your shoulder becomes stiffer, and using it 
becomes more difficult.

3. Thawing stage -The range of motion in your shoulder 
begins to improve.

Simple Exercise for Frozen Shoulder:

1. Light thera band exercises, such as number 6,7 in 
the resistance thera band video.

2. Simple shoulder movement exercises, in case of 
stretches hold for 10-15 seconds.

Treatment:

Most frozen shoulders get better on their own within 
12 to 18 months. For persistent symptoms, your doctor 
may suggest steroid injections, shoulder manipulation. 
Joint distension, surgery.
